Refund policy

Extended return policy for Christmas.

All orders purchased from November 20th until December 25th can be returned up until January 15th, 2024.

Please note that items must be returned within 28 days from the day you receive that parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 28 days has expired. Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the packaging in which you received your item(s). Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund will be refused. Due to security issues, reimbursement is only possible with the same credit card used to perform the purchase.

Customers from Denmark, NorwayCanada, USA, EU, United Kingdom and Australia can return their order via our return portal here.

The price of the return will be deducted from your refund, and is as follows: 

Denmark - DKK 40

Norway - NOK 235

Canada & USA - USD 15

EU - EUR 10

United Kingdom - GBP 10

Australia - AUD 44

Rest of World

Please get in touch with our customer service at talkto@vinnysthevibe.com, who will be able to provide a return label. Note, that the price of the return will be deducted from the refund. Price will vary, and will always be agreed upon with our customer service, before proceeding with the return. Click here to download the return form, and fill it out before returning. 

EXCHANGE

It is not possible to exchange directly in our return portal. If you wish to exchange a style from your order, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the preferred style.

PLEASE NOTE

If you're returning your order, without the use of our return portal or provided shipping labels, please make sure that the shipment is being delivered to our warehouse, as we will not collect returns in pickup locations or package shops.
