Refund policy

Please note that items must be returned within 28 days from the day you receive that parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 28 days has expired. Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the packaging in which you received your item(s). Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund will be refused. Due to security issues, reimbursement is only possible with the same credit card used to perform the purchase.

Please get in touch with our customer service at, who will be able to provide a return label. Note, that the price of the return will be deducted from the refund. Your order has been processed by WebShipper, if you after dispatch received a tracking email from Webshipper. If you didn't receive a tracking email from Webshipper, please follow same procedure as 'Rest of World'.
