VINNY’s cannot guarantee that all styles, items, and sizes are in stock. We will contact you via email or phone if a problem regarding your order occurs. Please make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number when placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of price irregularities or missing stock.


Unfortunately VINNY’s does not offer gift wrapping at this stage


All purchases on vinnysthevibe.com are processed through a secure SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). Your personal information will be kept confidential and will never be disclosed to a third party.

The information you disclose when signing up for our newsletter and creating an account will only be used within VINNY’s when processing an order and in the marketing of our products.


Any purchase on vinnysthevibe.com is eligible for complaints up to 24 months. Please contact us immediately with any complaints regarding missing, wrong or damaged items:

We accept the following credit cards:
Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA/Electron, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express.

The amount will be deducted from your account when the purchased item(s) leaves our store.

Non EU customers

All prices on vinnysthevibe.com include Danish VAT. If you are based outside the EU you are not subject to Danish VAT and 20% off the price will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the payment checkout.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Return policy

Please note that items must be returned within 28 days from the day you receive that parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 28 days has expired. Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the packaging in which you received your item(s). Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Please enclose your receipt and a short explanation about why you wish to return the package.

In case of return or exchange of goods, the customer holds the shipping costs back to VINNY’s. In case of an exchange, VINNY’s holds the shipping costs for shipping the new parcel to the customer.

Due to security issues, reimbursement is only possible to the same credit card or PayPal account used to perform the purchase.
