Refund policy

Please note that items must be returned within 28 days from the day you receive that parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 28 days has expired. Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the packaging in which you received your item(s). Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags still attached. We do not accept returns that has been shipped with the use of our shoeboxes only, as we cannot sell the shoes when the box is damaged. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund will be refused. Due to security issues, reimbursement is only possible with the same credit card used to perform the purchase. We do not offer refund on giftcards.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, you can do it using our return portal(s) below, for selected countries/regions.
Please note, that the return does not include a pick-up. The customer therefore, is responsible for handing over the shipment to the courier, and for shipments outside of the EU, please also use the commercial invoice, when returning, as the courier might ask for it, when handing over the shipment. The commercial invoice will be in the same e-mail as the label.
The price of the return will be deducted from your refund, and is as follows:
Denmark - DKK 40
Norway - NOK 350
Canada - CAD 45
USA - USD 35
EU - EUR 15
United Kingdom - GBP 20

Please get in touch with our customer service at talkto@vinnysthebrand.com, who will be able to provide a return label. Note, that the price of the return will be deducted from the refund. Price will vary, and will always be agreed upon with our customer service, before proceeding with the return. Click here to download the return form, and fill it out before returning.
PLEASE NOTE
If you're returning your order, without the use of our return portal or provided shipping labels, please make sure that the shipment is being delivered to our office, as we will not collect returns on pickup locations or package shops. The address can be found in the footer.
